November 1 is All Saints Day. It is a Holy Day of Obligation and we will have Mass at 6 PM. November 2 is All Souls Day or the Day of the Dead. We will once again have slips of paper for the names of our dearly departed. Please fill out the forms and leave them in the basket by the altar where they will remain for the month of November.
Even though the cold of winter has arrived a little early, The 90th Anniversary Dinner/Dance last night was a great success. Thanks to all who attended and thanks to the 90th Anniversary Committee for putting it together. Thanks to the Knights of Columbus for the use of the hall and thanks to LaDonna and her band. The good times rolled!
Today is Respect Life Sunday. We should respect all life from the womb until natural death. October is also the Month of the Rosary. It would be good to pray the rosary everyday as a sign of our respect for all life.
