“How can we, people of faith, be beacons of God in a world that’s becoming more and more divided, hostile, and lacking in charity, compassion and community?”  Instead of engaging in those behaviors that cause harm and division, we can strive each day to show God’s love by our words and actions.

Today's gospel parable is that of a great wedding feast. The allegory tells the story of salvation history beginning with the sending of the prophets to Israel and ending with the invitation of Jesus' followers to a life with God.
